Problem Gambling Services

Free treatment and counseling services are available to any Oregon resident who either has a gambling problem or knows someone who does. Perhaps you need some resources and tools to know how to help your friend. Perhaps you are that friend, and need to confidentially talk to a counselor about finding freedom.

Remember: Treatment is free, confidential, and it works.

Here's what to do. Pick up your phone or get out your computer, and call 1-877-MYLIMIT (877-695-4648), or log onto http://www.1877mylimit.org. You can live chat, or send an e-mail. You can reach a certified gambling counselor 24 hours a day.
